This is a new to me author and the first book in the series I have read. This was a cute story. I love second chance and friends to lovers stories. I could not wait to get my hands on this book.

J.H. Croix is a new to me author so I thought I would give this book a try. I was a bit nervous about starting with book 3 in a series even though they are standalones, but I was able to pick up the supporting characters rolls. Though I think I would be best to read the other two books first.
