This one is kinda hard for me to review because while I liked the writing and the story, I spent a majority of the book not liking any of the characters. Usually characters being likable is how I relate to the book but for some reason I was still hooked to see how this was going to play out.

I don’t even know where to begin. I absolutely loved this book and Colleen’s writing style. She has a way with telling a story about touchy subjects and keeping you invested in the characters. I am a huge fan of hers and always look forward to her next book.

This was my first book by Chantal Fernando and it fell a bit short in my opinion. Everything was just too easy for Tristan and Katerina. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, for there to be some sort of drama. Something to keep me engaged.

I really enjoyed this story and these characters. This book was light hearted and funny.  I knew I was going to love this just from the cover and the blurb. The story flowed smoothly and I couldn’t put it down. You will love the Gucci, Ava’s pet.
