After reading Dirty Little Secret, I was excited about these characters and couldn’t wait for Dirty Little Promise. It was nice to see Mrs. Ryan go a little darker and more forbidden. The first book was addicting all the while being different from anything she’s ever written.

Going into this book I had really high hopes because I enjoyed the first book. I needed to know what happened next. I am a big fan of Kendall Ryan and this is completely different from her other books. I am hoping the next installment of this series will pull my interest back.

I finally was able to finish the Ghostwriter. I rather enjoyed the mystery through the novel and was always kept on the edge of my seat. I also really liked the style of the way the story was told making it unique and fresh.

Just when I think these books can’t get any better they do!  Kyla does an amazing job of making you feel as though you are living in this fantasy world that is as beautiful and magical as it is dark and dangerous with Cyrene and her band of misfits.
