I love this series so much and loved Brinkley’s story. I love being back in Cottonwood Cove with the Reynolds’s family.
Brinkley is a sports journalist that ends up losing her job because of Lincoln Hendrix an NFL player. She is back in her hometown which is small and everyone knows everyone and everything. She doesn’t expect to run into her enemy on her turf.
Lincoln is surprised when he finds out Brinkley lives in Cottonwood Cove and isn’t stalking him. He’s trying to get some peace and make his decision about where he wants to play.
I loved the banter between these characters. I adore the Reynolds’s family and can’t wait for the next book in this series.
