Just when I thought I couldn’t love this author more she gives us the second installment on in The Summer series. I loved the first book and didn’t think another could compare, boy was I wrong. I am a sucker when it comes to single parent romances and this one hit the mark.
From the first page I was completely invested in Lucie and Caleb’s story. She is wanting a better life for her and children. Caleb was her childhood crush and now her boss. The boy she remembers as a kid is gone. He has the world in his shoulders and has changed so much. When these two come together and get things right they are perfect. The chemistry and the way their relationship unfolded was great.
I loved this book so much and couldn’t put it down. Must read!
