Our thoughts...

Recovery~Truth~Redemption

I would like to start with pointing out how beautiful this cover is!  One look at it and you want to just snuggle up on the couch and not stop reading.

The story line is very different from anything I’ve read before.  This story has 3 point of views; Bess, Lane, and AJ.  It deals with a girl who was out of control with partying, drinking, and drugs.  Its emotional, it’s a story of loss and love and finding a happy ending.  Bess is an addict and you read about her struggles with staying sober, finding herself again, and finding love.  You then meet Lane.  He has all sort of baggage he is running from.  He has a past that ties him to Bess and you take this journey with them.  Will secrets, past nightmares, and coping with the struggles of life lead them to a happily ever after?  You will want to read this book to find out!

I really enjoyed this book.  It was passionate, heartbreaking at times, and made my heart feel happy.  I really recommend reading this book.  It takes contemporary romance out of its box and gives you this wonderful story about 3 people working through life and all its craziness.  I totally recommend this book and this author.  This is the second book I have read from her and they keep getting better and better.  The next book in this series is Absolution Road which follows Lane’s twin brother Jake.  In the end of Redemption Lane you get a little sneak peek at this book and it pulls you right in! I can’t wait to start the second book.
