Our thoughts...

This book was crazy intense with a heavy dose of angst. I felt like I was climbing a ladder I was never coming down from in the beginning. I couldn’t catch a break. The words just kept coming at me with no room for air. So I didn’t get going in this book until about halfway through.
Then the pace kicked up a notch, and angst happened. Boy did it ever. I think I might have even shed a tear or two. The book had me all emo at this point. I was “wasted” ;) Since it’s a new release just know if you love angsty heartbreak and everything in between then this book is your jam. Complete with interactive song choices in each chapter that link you to Spotify. I thought that was a cool feature as I can’t say I have experienced reading that way yet.  If it wasn’t such a slow start, I might bump up my rating a notch, but I really felt bogged down with something in the beginning. Happy Reading!
