I think you can tell by my rating that I didn't like this one.  I have very few one star books and I feel bad even giving it a one star rating. Let's get to the reasons why this one didn't work for me.

Our thoughts...

A few times a year I pick up a great novel, and I will admit to you reader that I am a huge cover snob. I always go through the book section at my local Target, and low and behold this cover whispered sweet nothings. It’s stunning. It’s dark. It’s oh so lovely. I didn’t even read the blurb till I got home. I just had to have this.  During the holidays when I have a spare moment or two I try to read what I can as time permits. It’s quite a long read, and as with any Fantasy I dive into I have to take my time or I will get all confused, and have to go back. Well in this day and age I don’t have a chance to go back. Anyway, I am SO glad I went on the journey with these three. It was indulgent if I may…
