 Twisted Knight
Series: Tangled Hearts #1

Author: Angie McKeon
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Publisher: Tor Trade

Rating: 5 Stars

Our thoughts...

Great start to new series. I was sucked in from the first chapter. I was so not prepared for that ending! I need the next book asap!

Loved Rowan and Holden’s characters. Rowan is trying to take her role at the company the way she fits, not the way her parents want her to. They want her to dress and act a certain way. Holden is looking for revenge and will do what he needs to do to get it. These two have great banter and the romance and chemistry between them is amazing. They are so good together.

Hopefully we don’t have to wait too long for the next book.

Where are all my angst lovers at? I was so happy to have this book on my kindle. I cannot get enough of a good story with angst in it. Talk about the chemistry Brayden and Alex have, off the charts.  They are both attracted to one another but the age is a big deal for Alex. She thinks he is too young and they don’t have much in common in what they want right now. When they finally give in oh man. Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward are some of my favorite authors for a reason. When I pick up one of their books I know I am going to love it. You get a great story full of emotion, angst  and romance. Must read!

My emotions are still all over the place. I thought I was prepared for this story but I was wrong. I forgot how Aly Martinez packs all the punches and hits me with all the feels. I devoured Alone with You. This was a heartbreakingly beautiful story of two broken people finding their way again. Truett and Gwen were everything! Their story was everything and more. It will break you and slowly start to put you back together. You will easily become so invested in these characters and their story. Easily one of my top reads for 2024. Go in blind and enjoy the journey, it’s so worth it. Absolutely loved this book!

With his NFL friends he has a great support system to help him and they sure do. Sadie was easy to love she is very protective of her nephew. She slowly starts to let those walls down. Mad Love pulled me in from the first page and held me captive until the end. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!

There were moments my heart broke for Bradley and Mackenzie. She went through a lot and Bradley just wants what the rest of his family has. These two had an instant connection and were perfect for each other. They have the greatest banter and make each other better, they complete each other. I really enjoyed this book and seeing all the characters from past books.  Must read!

I adored the first book and was so excited to get Cameron’s story. I am a sucker for small town enemies to lovers romance. Add sports into the mix and I am one happy girl. That is a great combo for a good story. These two definitely don’t start off good and the instant bickering begins. Unstoppable Love was a fun read with great characters and plenty of witty banter and chemistry. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
