Heartbreak~ Chances~ New Beginnings

This book here is why we read K.A. Linde. From the first few pages she has you feeling the build up to your own heartbreak. I wanted to read faster so I knew the outcome, while wanting to read slower to avoid the heartbreak that I knew was inevitable. This is Trihn’s story!

We meet Trihn after she has graduated high school. She is eagerly waiting for fall to arrive so she can move in with her sister in the city where she will be starting school in the fall. Trihn is beautiful, smart and very cautious. She’s worked as a model and dancing is her passion. While visiting her sister she bumps into a handsome stranger, Preston Whitehall.  

Trihn decides to throw caution to the wind and spend time with Preston. He is mysterious, sexy as hell, and slightly unattainable. They have a whirlwind couple of months, until Trihn learns the truth about him. This prompts her to accept a job offer in Las Vegas where we originally met her in Gold. I am eagerly waiting to find out what happens in Platinum!
