               Feels ~ Rivalry ~ Family

I was so excited when I found out we were getting more Griffin a.k.a. “The Hulk”.  Love the D-Bags and have missed them. Griffin was awesome in this series with his free and don’t give a crap attitude of what you thought about him. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. With all that said, I was thoroughly surprised.

Griffin is the same as always just add a wife and a daughter to the mix. Things couldn’t be going better for the D-Bags and their families. That wasn’t good enough for Griffin; he felt he wasn’t getting his turn to shine. After talking to the band and being turned down numerous times he takes his dreams into his own hands.  Which means moving away and trying something new. I loved Anna is this book. You really got to see how truly strong she is. She was always Griffin’s number one fan and stood by him no matter what.  Their precious daughter Gibson was a perfect mix for the Hancock family. You never knew what was going to come out of her mouth.

“Well, there’s another one coming, so you better start preparing yourself.” Gibson groaned as she sat down on the confetti-strew floor. “Goddammit,” she muttered.

We got to know Griffin’s family and I feel in love with his sister. She gave good advice when needed and loved her family. His family was always they’re supporting him when he needed it.  Through out this emotional journey there are lots of twist and turns. I kept hoping things were finally going to go Griffin’s way but something always seemed to happen. We see a side of Griffin we didn’t know existed. He realizes the true meaning of family but will it be too late to fix things.

“Mrs. Hancock…you are my best friend, my partner in crime, my reason for living, and the only thing that really matters to me. Forever only scratches the surface of how long I’ll love you.”
