This was my first time reading this author and I am so happy I did. After reading the blurb I knew I needed to read it. Four Day Fling was a fun fast paced book that had my laughing a lot.
Poppy is done with college and doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life. She is living with her best friend and working as a waitress. Her sister is getting married and she has to bring a date. She ends up asking a guy she had one night with and knows absolutely nothing about.
Adam Winters is a famous hockey player. He liked the fact that when he met Poppy she didn’t know who he was. She was the first woman to like him for just him. He didn’t hesitate to take her up on her offer to go to her sisters wedding. The more time the two spend the together the more it starts to feel real. Will they be able to have something real after the weekend is over?
The banter and the characters made this a fun quick read. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more from this author.
