Our thoughts...
The amount of love that I have for The Sinful King
might be considered borderline obsessive. The cover!! That is what dreams are made of ladies and gentleman!! I devoured this story, staying up
past my bedtime…and don’t tell the boss reading at work. This was a ride is wasn’t
quite expecting. I can’t wait for the other books in this standalone series.
TSK pulls you in from the first
page and keeps you turning the pages because we need to see if this royal relationship
will work out. The story is full of love, angst, devotion and standing up for
what you believe in and not taking anything less than you deserve. I even had a few
tears in my eyes and might’ve been tempted to message Claire and ask WTF…No.
You. Didn’t…WHY!! But it was all good in the end!
“You don’t curtsy to me,” he said into my ear. “Are you
not my King?” “Are you not my world?”
I love both Elias and Adeline’s characters they were
well developed and real. So real and the fact that Addie (Adeline) doesn’t care
what Elias’s status is, she calls it like she sees it. Elias is smart handsome and willing to accept
change (real world dreams). Addie is beautiful, smart and calls out his royal
highness as needed.
Read it and then re-read it! YES!! It is that good!
