Corinne Michaels does it again. There is a reason she is one of my favorite authors. She never disappoints. I was so excited to be back in Ember Falls and get Miles and Penelope’s story. It didn’t take Miles long to fall for Penny. They are the sweetest and perfect for each other.  Penny is a good mother who would do anything for Kai.  It will take a lot to break down the walls and make her feel safe and happy. Miles was such a swoon worthy hero. He has been added to my book boyfriend list.  Here and Now was such a sweet read. Must Read!

My emotions are still all over the place. I thought I was prepared for this story but I was wrong. I forgot how Aly Martinez packs all the punches and hits me with all the feels. I devoured Alone with You. This was a heartbreakingly beautiful story of two broken people finding their way again. Truett and Gwen were everything! Their story was everything and more. It will break you and slowly start to put you back together. You will easily become so invested in these characters and their story. Easily one of my top reads for 2024. Go in blind and enjoy the journey, it’s so worth it. Absolutely loved this book!

What an emotional rollercoaster this book was in the best possible way. I still cannot stop thinking about this book. Jewel E. Ann is one of those authors I know can break my heart and then somehow put it back together by the end. I may not like how we got there but she always makes me happy by the end. I adore this authors work and will read anything she writes. I Thought of You is best to go in blind not really knowing anything. Make sure to have tissues on hand. Loved this book so much, MUST READ!

I just adore this author just when I think she can’t make me love her book more than the last she does. I loved this book so much! You will fall hard for Sig and Abby. I was so excited to get Sig’s book. It was everything and more. Pulled at my heartstrings and the build up of the characters and this story. Perfection! Must read!

I loved this book just as much as the very first time I read it back in  2016 when it came out. I was just as emotional the second go round, I would be driving down the road crying and didn’t care. Written in the Scars is a book that pulls at your heart strings and will have you a blubbering mess. Trust me the journey is worth it. Make sure you go in blind and don’t read any spoilers. This will always be one of my favorite reads.  I loved hearing this story by these narrators. They brought the book to life in a new way. Once I start a good book I don’t want to stop. So being able to listen to it was perfect! I can’t recommend this book enough.

A new Penelope Ward book, yes please! This is one of my favorite authors and she never disappoints. When you read one of her books you are going to get emotion, a great story and fall in love with her characters. It only took a few pages to love these characters as well.

The slow burn between Archie and Noelle had me glued to my kindle. Their story  is unique and heartbreaking at times. I loved the past to present and getting to see their relationship grow from the very beginning.

Words cannot express how much I loved this book! After finishing I was left speechless. I immediately started reading it again and picked up on some things I missed the first time.  

Help Me Remember was such a well written story. Corrine Michaels tells this unique story so well. She had me turning the pages so fast trying to figure out what was going to happen. I think this is my new favorite book by her. Definitely a top read for 2022. Must read!
