Karina Hale has a way of pulling me in, and getting lost in the moment. I love her writing style and the flow of a story. This was no different; it was sexy, funny and full of emotions.  Talk about the chemistry Emmet and Alyssa had, off the charts.

Emmet is an actor and trying to reinvent himself with a new role on a TV show. He meets Alyssa at her best friend’s wedding but she has no desire to get involved with him. That doesn’t stop her from sharing a passionate moment with him that ends up on all the gossip sites.

Alyssa is just a regular woman who doesn’t like the spot light and leads a simple life. Emmet is turning her world upside down and the only way to make is stop is to pretend to be his girlfriend.

I loved Before I Ever Met You so I was excited to get my hands on this one. If your looking for a little angst, funny and sexy read this is for you.
