It's dark and twisty yet full of scorching hot chemistry and an endless supply of selfless love. I'm addicted to this new world that Claire has created. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book.
Because You're Mine is told from a dual POV, that is something that I really enjoy in books. I love knowing what each character is thinking and feeling. If it's possible, I loved Loren from the moment he walked into the classroom. He has this amazing blend of sexy swagger, unwavering confidence, determination and mystery that keeps you turning the pages.
"We're only here for a moment. Might as well make it a good one."
Catalina is strong and determined to make a name and a way for herself without relying on her family. She knows what her family does and she's been burned by it in the past; she doesn't want to repeat that part of her life. She's an incredibly talented ballerina extremely close to her sister.
"You can't catch a butterfly and expect to keep it in a glass jar forever." I wasn't trying to keep her in a glass jar. I was just trying to keep her-period.
As I mentioned above I can't wait for the next books to release. These characters are that amazing!! And we get more Dean!!!!! I loved him in The Darkness Duet then he made an appearance in The Second Chances Duet which just increased my desire for Dean to have his own book (which I am hoping will happen with this wonderful world that Claire created), he's such a mystery.
I really hope you enjoy this story as much as I did!!!!
