This is my FAVORITE Penelope Ward book to date! I fell
hard and fast for Raven and Gavin’s story. If you are looking for a book that
will peak your interest from the first page and hold it all the way to the
last, this is you book!
I loved The Day He Came Back, the chemistry
between Raven and Gavin. Raven is smart and sexy and speaks the truth 95% of
the time. Gavin is down to earth and kind despite the amount of dysfunction that
he lives with. They’re both willing to sacrifice everything for the ones that
they love.
I couldn’t help but develop a
bit of a soft spot for Weldon, even if he is a jerk for most of the book. I’m kind
of hoping that he gets a book. I need to see how the rest of his life plays
out.
