Determination ~ Love ~ Hershey’s Kiss

The best one of the series so far! I recommend that you clear your calendar when you start to read Platinum!

I loved, loved, LOVED IT! I read it in a day, I couldn’t stop. I had to know that Trihn was going to get everything she deserves in love. There is something about her that makes you love her. She is surprisingly strong yet shattered inside, trusting yet scared, so full of life but afraid to live. To watch her blossom under Damon’s continual support is heart-stirring.

Damon is the sexy has hell Brit that dances into Trihn life! His confidence and determination to show Trihn that she is worthy of love without fear is so sweet. He is an alpha male without the chest pounding and I found that to be so refreshing in today reading selections.

Characters from past books make an appearance in Platinum, some are great to hear from again, others not so much. This is a standalone, but I recommend reading Emeralds, that way you have the back story on Trihn. For the full character effect you should read Diamonds and Gold!

This book has all the feels that you expect from KA Linde book but in a different way from her usual ‘yank your beating heart out’. I felt this continual build that made me want to stop reading for fear of my heart breaking but needing to continue so I knew how the story would end. I was continually waiting for a tear to fall or knife to be jabbed into my heart.

Read it!
