Our thoughts...

I really enjoyed reading Finding London.  I also really loved the cover.  It’s nice to see a different type of cover for a romance novel.  This book, in my opinion, started off super slow.  It was slow for be until about 20-30% and I wasn’t even sure if I was going to be able to finish.  I’m a reader that hardly ever gives up but this one was pushing it for me.  With that being said I’m so glad that I stuck with this one because once I got through that hump I was loving it.

You meet London Wright, a somewhat spoiled rich girl who has just graduated from The University Of Michigan (GO BLUE!) and is deciding what she wants to do in life.  She is completing one last activity for her sorority when she runs into Loïc BerkeleyLoïc is an emotional character.  He never wanted love.  He has been through so much loss in his life that he has built a huge wall around his heart and who he lets into his life.  London is super intrigued by Loïc but he gives her the big cold shoulder and London usually gets what she wants.  This story then follows their up and down relationship.  Can Loïc change and let London in?  Can London be the person who tears town Loïc’s walls?  You will have to read to find out!

Even though this one started super slow for me it was great in the end.  It is book one in a series and I’m not sure how many books there will be but the next book is out in June so there isn’t that long of a wait.  I would consider this one in the Romance/New adult category.  One thing I can say about Ellie Wade is that she is a very talented writer who can really get your emotions flowing for good or bad.  4 breathtakingly beautiful stars!
