Woah you guys! Aly wrote a M/M book and came out swinging. You would never be able to tell this was her first of this genre. 

Henry is a superstar who loves to play for the straight guys. His drug of choice is self sabotage. He knows they won't stick around but still does it any way. 

Evan is a hunky pilot that hasn't played for Henry's team since his ex broke his heart years ago. However Henry pulls him in and he can't shake him. 

Let me say Henry is super funny. I literally spent the first 10% of this book laughing my ass off. Bless his manic heart. He hates flying and panics every time. That's how Evan catches his eye. 

I liked the natural progression of their relationship. There was a lot of pushing and pulling but I didn't think that it was over the top angst. Each character had valid reasons for the way they dealt with the relationship. 

I actually recommend this for people who are new to the genre. It wasn't over the top smutty like a lot of M/M can be these days. It focused more heavily on the feels. 

Aly+M/M= sweet, little drama, and heavy feels.
