This was such a good emotional read. I love second chance
stories and this one did not disappoint.
Amber is grieving the loss of her husband and her twin
brother. It has been two years since the accident and she’s still having a hard
time moving on. She is running her parents business and doesn’t want anything
to do with her childhood friend Aiden.
Aiden is the only survivor of the accident that took two of
his best friends. Having to live with that and knowing that Amber blames him is
hard. Now two years later he is running the business he started with his
friends and still trying to cope.
This is a story about two childhood friends who lost people
dear to them and how they cope. They don’t always cope in the best ways. Aiden
helps remind Amber that she is still alive and to let her son live and be a
kid. This was a sweet story of love and loss.
