Our thoughts...
I absolutely loved all the characters. The writing and speed
of the story was spot on.
Nick and Tess have met because their best friends are
married. When the two of them babysit while their friends go out of town they
get to know each other. They each had misconceptions about each other and it
didn’t take long to clear those up.
Tess has just come out of a long-term relationship that
didn’t end on good terms. She wasn’t looking for a relationship and is determined
to build her life on her terms. She doesn’t want help from anyone when it comes
to her new business; she wants to do it on her own. Sometimes we don’t always
get what we want have to ask for help.
Nick is an all around good guy who you can’t help but fall
in love with. Not only is he there for his friends but he’s proving to Tess he
can be there for her if she will let him.
This book was pure perfection and I loved every minute of
it.
