Our thoughts...

I'm really enjoying the lighter side of Aleatha Romig's writing. This book was a breath of fresh air, it captivates you from page one. I loved everything about this book.

Mandy is all about work and taking care of her son. She doesn't allow time for anything else. She has I problem coming up with excuses to why she can't do things. Her best friend Sally and mom finally convinced her to go on a blind date. This is out of her comfort zone and she doesn't know what to do. Malcom is an ex-hockey player that just loves to a small town to start his new carrier. His love for the game he played is still there but he loved volunteering with children. Now in a new town and not knowing anyone his old teammate wants to set him up on a blind date. What happens when you go on a blind date and your friends plus your date never show? This was such a fun and sweet story. I fell in love with the characters. If your looking for a sweet romance this is for you.
