Our thoughts...

When I first read the blurb for this book I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Let me tell you this book is so good! Samantha Young has easily become one of my go to authors.

Nora lives in Indiana and at age 18 hasn’t really had a chance to experience life as young adult. She is very responsible and helping take care of a family member. She was content with her life and never expected anything different. That all changed the day she met two Scottish men.  Jim is a breath of fresh air for Nora. She leaves her hometown of Indiana and heads to Scotland. What she thought was love she later realized was just friendship.

Now Nora is alone in a new country trying to figure out her life. She needs something to make her happy and give her purpose. Going back to volunteering she meets Aidan and her world changes. She is slowly starting to let go of some of her guilt and be truly happy. What happens when the person you are falling for is gone and you can’t get him out of your head?

This book was so good and at times brought tears to my eyes. This was a beautifully written story about learning to love and forgive yourself and finding happiness. This is a must read!
