Our thoughts...
This one really kept me on the edge of my seat. The author really kept throwing me curve balls and I had no clue what was coming next.
Char is a lonely banker and Tucker is the resident bad boy.
The book starts off with a huge bang and there was no way that there was going to be any redemption from Tucker.
As the book flows though you get a peek into his head and why he is the way he is. You also get glimpses of them as children, where their story began.
I ended up really liking both characters. Char was fiery when need be and Tucker really did have a heart under all that badness.

himself. Reed Royal has it all—looks, status, money. The girls at his elite
prep school line up to date him, the guys want to be him, but Reed never gave a
damn about anyone but his family until Ella Harper walked into his life.
What started off as burning resentment and the need to make
his father’s new ward suffer turned into something else entirely—keep Ella
close. Keep Ella safe. But when one foolish mistake drives her out of Reed’s
arms and brings chaos to the Royal household, Reed’s entire world begins to
fall apart around him. Ella doesn’t want him anymore. She says they’ll only

Our thoughts...
I was really enjoying this book during the first half. It
was sweet but not too sweet, sporty, fun, and overall enjoyable. The first
major road bump hit and things became turbulent, as would be expected. I was
onboard with this turn of events; it created a greater sense of urgency and a
healthy dose of anxiety. Then another
road bump hit, and I was suddenly really not okay with the story anymore. Despite
having a deadline for this book (it was an ARC), I had to put it down and walk
away. For a long time. I was so incredibly close to marking it DNF (did not
finish) but I dragged my behind back to it just to get it off of my Kindle.

Smut is a fun, fast-paced read. It is perfect for the beach or as a "palette cleanser" to cure a book hangover. I had a lot of fun reading this one. Don't take things too seriously and you'll have a good time.

"Look how far we've come. Look at us now"
I'm pretty sure I've never cried so many tears while reading one book. They were not sad or angry tears. These tears were tears of joy and pride.

Say Anything: Hold the Door! by Anjee
Well, ladies and gentleman, we are featuring a new say anything script that’s running on most Mondays from here until we decide that you don’t give a fuck about reading it. In my running script, there will probably be cursing. See above. Just a warning for any of the 18 and under we could have hanging out. And I will be posting spoilers for tv shows, movies and so on from that week. So without further ado.
