Our thoughts...

Ladies and gentleman L.J. has done it again. The next installment of the Hotholes has introduced Ruckus. And his name says it all.

I love the author's writing. I think she does a great job with male POV possibly one of the best out there. After I got done with Vicious last year, I couldn’t wait for the next. Low and behold Ruckus is here, and he is well Ruckus. You know the errant pot smoking alcoholic bad boy who fell for Emilia in the first book, but did he? You will find out that and so much more when you read all about it.

While I did enjoy this one of Dean “Ruckus,” It wasn’t quite the caliber that Vicious was. Perhaps that’s just me wanting the bigger asshole. Ruckus is just different regarding personality. I did find myself amused at him quite often though. I also liked the inner workings of his past relationships and Rosie. He just couldn’t quite figure out himself for awhile, which was the push and pull part. Rosie was already strong from the get go so I didn’t feel she had a lot of things to work through except trusting that she could have a happy life. I will say I was pretty stressed in the end, but there is a lot to get through.

In all, I will continue to read this series, as I feel like all of the Hotholes will have some trials and tribulations in their lives. Don’t miss out on Ruckus!

4 Ruckus stars!
