Sierra Simone is an amazing author.  I have love everything I have read of hers. When I started reading American King I was so excited for this one that I was hoping it wouldn't let me down and I am happy to say IT DID NOT!

PERFECTION!!! I seriously don’t know where to begin other than READ IT!  American King was everything I hoped for and more; so much more. This is the final book in the New Camelot Trilogy and it was the best one in my opinion! You will need to read American Queen and American Prince first. If you haven’t read them yet my question is why? What are you waiting for? Go now and read!

I read something a little bit out of my wheelhouse this past week. I have read J.A. Huss before, but it’s been a long time. I was intrigued by the mystery of the book rather than the erotica branding on the genre, so I decided to give it a try. Although it felt a little bit rushed, I did enjoy reading it.

These characters all bring something unique to the relationship. Katie is caring and kind, Carl is straight forward with a heart of gold and Rick is a free spirit full of love.  Carl and Rick have been in a committed relationship for years. They are happy with each other but they want more out of life. They have looked in the past for a female partner but it has never worked out. Until the met Katie, they truly believe that she is the one for them.

Where to start..hmm..Read it.. Just read it! There is a book two and The Anatomy of Jane does end in a major cliffhanger.. Have I ever told you I hate cliff hangers? I do because I’m impatient I want to know how the story ends, or at least that the characters are in a good spot.  Jane, Wesley and Maxwell are not in an interesting spot at the end of the book!
